Job Posting | Registered Nurse - Utilization Review Manager

As the Utilization Review Manager, this RN runs the Workers Comp Utilization Review Department and oversees an $8MM revenue grossing department with a staff of 25. This position entails all areas of staffing, supervision, quality and fiscal responsibility including, but not limited to:

• Attending claim review meetings
• Making presentations
• Developing staff including hiring, training, mentoring and firing functions
• Providing guidance to entire staff 
• Performance reviews
• Quality assurance

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be licensed RN in the State of CA
• CA Work Comp experience required, as recent as 2005
• Utilization Review experience required
• Minimum of 3 years UR Management experience
• Must be computer literate
