Job Posting | RN – Clinical Supervisor

This Registered Nurse is responsible for the coordination and supervision of the clinical nursing practice and assures compliance with corporate goals, all applicable regulations and standards of patient care.

JOB LOCATION:  Pinal County, Arizona - between Phoenix and Tucson

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the following

• Manage and supervise daily nursing/clinical activities
• Supervise and evaluate nursing and non-licensed health care providers in the performance of their duties including: developing work schedules, training, performance appraisals and disciplinary action
• Provide direct patient care , triage and physical assessments within scope of licensure
• Assist in the effective management of the facility’s resources
• Maintain absolute security and confidentiality of all medical records
• Prepare and maintain operational records, reports and logs and ensure proper filing
• Provide for adequate staffing at the facility and fill in as necessary
• Assist in licensure verification on all applicable clinical staff.

PAY RANGE: $66,000 to $72,000 (DOE)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Current AZ RN License - Unrestricted
• 2 years nursing experience
• 1 year supervisory experience
• Must accept on call status as necessary
• Valid Drivers license
