Job Posting | Director – Cancer Research

• Works independently and provides administrative direction and financial management to support the specific projects involving the bio-specimen lab, oncology clinical research, and cancer outcomes & quality
• Demonstrates expertise in the research process; including budgeting, contract negotiation, financial management, staffing and productivity.
• Provides supervision to the lab researcher, regulatory personnel, the RN coordinators for the pediatric & adult teams and the manager of cancer outcomes and quality

PAY RANGE: $84,000 - $107,000

REQUIREMENTS:

• Masters Degree in a related science, and/or a professional research credential with equivalent work experience
• Professional Certified Clinical Research Associate Certification
• Minimum of 5 years of oncology research experience
• General computer proficiency, report generation, form design, and document editing abilities
• CA Drivers License
