Nestled in Pleasant Valley, Coalinga is centrally located halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco, and is just 60 miles south of Fresno, California’s sixth largest city. With a population just over 20,000, Coalinga has an excellent school system, a medical center, parks and recreation district, a 2-year community college, and a low crime rate. Yosemite National Park and Sequoia National Park are less than three hours away.

Job duties include performing clinical intake assessments, developing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and performing case reviews. Coordinate with hospital staff to establish linkage to all hospital services called for in comprehensive treatment plans, consults with clinical staff regarding participation & progress of caseload in these services. Provide direct treatment to patients, including individual and group psychotherapy. Develop aftercare or clinical pre-release plans for patients. Provide crisis intervention. Participate in program evaluations and quality assessments and improvements. Qualifications:
Current and valid CA LCSW license
Current CPR card
