Job Posting | RN Telephonic Case Managers

·         Contact medical provider and injured parties on claims involving medical treatment or disability, for workers compensation cases, to coordinate appropriate medical care

·         Prepare a strategy for medical treatment, ongoing evaluation, recovery and return to work (within established protocols)

·         Suggest cost effective treatment alternatives when appropriate

·         Assist claim handler by providing medical information and records, status of disability and documentation

·         Contact employer to discuss the job duties and work out the return to full or part time work

·         Document all contacts and outcomes

BASE PAY    $68,000 TO $75,000                         

REQUIREMENTS

      ·         Current CA RN License
      ·         CA workers comp experience is required as recent as 2005
      ·         Must be computer literate and have a good working knowledge of windows
