REFER A HEALTHCARE ASSOCIATE AND YOU WILL RECEIVE:

	$500	for each RN, NP, CRNA, LCSW, MFT, Physical Therapist, Psychologist, all MDs (Primary Care, General Practice, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Psychiatry, DDS, Anesthesiology, Radiologist, etc)
	$250	for all other Healthcare Professionals (e.g. LVN/LPN, Licensed Psychiatric Tech, Physical Therapist Assistant, etc)
